I'm Meghan, a registered psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) degree from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Acadia University.

My style is founded in humanistic therapy, where the relationship between client and therapist is the primary therapeutic tool. I rely on genuineness and collaboration to understand your experience and worldview and to create a safe space for you to feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change.

I support women experiencing emotion regulation, ADHD, relationships & life transitions, the invisible pressure of carrying the full mental load, mom burnout, relational & attachment dynamics and reproductive & hormonal mental health.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on various evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Working from a trauma-informed lens, my approach is individualized and holistic, combining theory and practice to meet your unique needs. My goal is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your most authentic, empowered self.

As a wife and mom of three, balancing work and home life can be challenging. When I do have a moment to myself, you’ll probably catch me reading a good book or somewhere outside with my toes in the dirt.
